The journey was a bit boring so I slept for 2 hours - when I woke I was really hungry so we stopped for a while & I had some dinner. A short while after that we arrived at our hotel - it was right on the beach which was really nice. When we checked in I changed my clothes so we could go and explore a bit - I also did was most little girls like to do and tried bouncing on the bed!

Daddy held me up so I could look out the window at the waves crashing on the beach. The water looked really cold & rough but there were still a few brave people swimming. We preferred to watch from inside the hotel.
Later that evening we had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. I could have had a high chair but was asleep when we arrived. I did wake up for the most important part of the meal though, the dessert & I spent ages trying to decide what to have. After my sleep I was in a really good mood & spent ages looking at all the different people in the restaurant, they all had something to say about how pretty I was which made me smile even more.
The next day the weather looked a bit more promising so we all walked into town, I was enjoying looking at all the new things I had never seen before but soon got bored of that so I lay down and had a good sleep. We had a walk around town and the sun was actually shining when we were in Eyre Square so Daddy just had to take a picture.
On our way back to the hotel later on we stopped on the bridge to watch all the ducks & their babies. They were really cute, I wanted to take one home and keep it in the bath but I wasnt allowed.......
.....But I thought if I got Daddy to look the other way I might just be able to sneak a baby duck into my pocket, he'll never know!
